AiCIV is a personal AI assistant that helps you review your mail, calendar and documents, and find useful follow-ups.

Connect the Google services you choose from within AiCIV. The assistant can use relevant information to help with your requests and the reviews you ask it to perform. Feature availability depends on your AiCIV deployment and the permissions you grant.

What you can connect

Gmail: find and read messages to understand a conversation and identify follow-ups.
Google Calendar: review events in a selected calendar and time range.
Google Drive, Docs and Sheets: find files, read selected documents and read selected spreadsheet ranges.
YouTube: connect your Google account and select a channel you own. This connection currently identifies your channel; it does not provide video uploads.

The optional channel connection uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Replies stay in your hands

When the optional Gmail reply feature is enabled, AiCIV can prepare a reply tied to a source message. You review the reply and choose whether to send it. Sending requires separate Google permission.

Google data used for a task may be sent to your configured AI model providers and retained in task records, conversations or memory. Read the privacy policy before connecting.

Manage your connection

You grant access through Google’s consent screen. Available features depend on the permissions you grant. You can disconnect in AiCIV or remove access in your Google Account connections.

Disconnecting stops use of the active connection; it does not erase information already saved in your task history, conversations or memory.
