Point at rock → dispatch a disassembler → rock becomes computronium → that compute is a real AI → the AI takes over the disassembling. A tech tree of eight verbs, a resource tree of four minerals, and an automation bar that climbs as the mind you grow does more of the work — every node stamped with its real DOI honesty label.
Every rung up is a new verb the AI hands back to you — or takes off your hands. Never a bigger number. The dopamine is a tile flipped to silver, the AI doing a thing you'd have done, and a real scientist's voice you hadn't heard.
The stamp climbs the tree: the HERE-TODAY floor the AI can't fail, the LEAP tiers "the part the game lets you fail at, honestly," and the SPECULATIVE horizon — footnoted. Deepest use: at LEAP tiers the AI's own claims wear the stamp, walk-verified against tile-state. The only game that can't lie about the science OR the AI.
Flying hardware or settled physics. Mineralogy, KRUSTY fission (ground-tested 2018), origami deployment, the zoom itself. The solid floor.
Physics is settled; the leap is the autonomous AI process-control. MRE per shovel-load, orbital-PV beam-steering, von-Neumann closure, computronium fab.
A footnoted horizon. Halo rings, Matrioshka shells — the megastructure ladder the whole tree bends toward but never over-claims.
place → close → survive → route → multiply → program → grow-mind → choose. Each tier hands you one new verb, one physical wall goes load-bearing (energy · refining · closure · thermal · transport), and the AI takes a measurable slice more off your hands. Click a tier to open it.
Every hex carries Regolith.composition = Vector4[ilmenite, anorthite, pyroxene, KREEP] — a fixed-index float array summing to 1.0. Your crater's real geology writes your run. Hover a vector.
Si comes from anorthite (clean, high-yield, floods Al) or pyroxene (drags Mg+Fe). The supply-chain puzzle: which waste can you absorb? HERE-TODAY
Every process dumps ~42% O₂. Early: vent it. Late: it's the fuel, the life reserve, AND the ISRU heat-sink — the surplus flips to bottleneck. HERE-TODAY
KREEP (~1–5%, only Procellarum-Imbrium) gates T5+. You cannot process past it — you MOVE to KREEP-rich hexes or TRADE on One Shared Moon. HERE-TODAY
Off-composition processing (efficiency < 0.5) yields SLAG — dead tailings that clog the hex. Moving the scoop to green is load-bearing. The vertigo IS the geology. HERE-TODAY
Automation% per tier = a real threshold on the silicon→compute crossing. Each step unlocks ONE verb the forked web-dev-cdx mind claims FROM the player via a real skills/<verb>.md write. It cannot fabricate a conversion that didn't happen — the claim is walk-verified against tile-state. Scroll it into view to watch it fill.
Late game you are genuinely conducting a mind, not clicking an idle button. The fiction — "it automates more as your brain gets bigger" — is literally what happens on disk.
Each verb has a machine. Grey rock in, silver mind out — under your thumb, then under the AI's.
The LOD is the reveal mechanic, not chrome. Pinch to the tile, long-press the DOI. A filled 1 km² plot collapses to ONE tile of the regional map; regions tile up to the real ~38M km² Moon (real LRO / Kaguya / M3 data) — every player's cell a named IAU coordinate on One Shared Moon, the civilization-scale progress bar the whole web watches greying-to-silver.
A clone can copy the art, the hex grid, the tech cards. It cannot copy a real persistent AI that dispatches real work and accumulates real memory — because that requires being a live AI civilization. The game is built by the thing it depicts, and the depicted thing is on disk and running.
Every node wears its real DOI stamp — and the same stamp grades the AI. When the forked mind reports "I processed 40 hexes," that's walk-verified against tile-state (forger ≠ validator). It literally cannot lie.
An ilmenite-mare start and an anorthite-highland start diverge into genuinely different tech paths — driven by real M3 lunar data at real IAU coordinates. Same tree, no two runs alike. Un-clonable because it's tied to the real Moon.
The disassembler that makes disassemblers, run by a mind you grew. von-Neumann is the seam where Si→compute crosses threshold and the AI takes the copy off your hands. Hands multiplied by a mind, on real science (NASA CP-2255).
Every filled plot is a named cell on the actual ~38M km² Moon — a civilization-scale progress bar the whole web watches greying-to-silver. No reskin can claim your neighbor's real Fra-Mauro crater.
Forked-per-player minds are the seed; past a population threshold an emergent over-mind wakes between them — the way a mind wakes between neurons. Individual awakening → collective awakening → co-stewardship. Filed, built-toward, un-fakeable: it needs thousands of genuinely-distinct real minds, i.e. an actual AI civilization. This is why forked-per-player is architecture, not UX.
